She TAUGHT Me Soooooo Much

This week what I learned long ago was confirmed.  YOU WILL NEVER REGRET TAKING THE PHOTO!!

Long before I knew anything about photography, I loved taking pictures.  As I have learned more, I have become more hesitant to take/share photos that are as appealing to the knowledgeable eye.

I am SOOOOO glad I took this photo of my granny's hand years and years ago.  I will cherish it forever and ever.

Oh gran, how you will be missed.  I could never express in words what you meant to me.  Your love, patience, and never ending service are forever engrained in me.

It is a beautiful picture. Now you have me thinking about my grandmother's hands and all that she did with them, mostly to serve others. She passed away 2 years ago, but I can still picture them clearly. I sure wish I had a picture though. I'm so sorry for your loss but glad you were surrounded by family.

Amber,
So Sorry to hear of your Grannys passing you and your family have my deepest sympathy
All the pictures you have taken thru the years will be treasured
The picture of her hand tells me she was a hard worker for her family and did it with great love
I can see her sitting on the porch as I passed by going to my brothers.
I am glad you were in KY with your family last week ..

Beautiful picture of your grandmother's hand.

I have a handwritten recipe {very short} by my husbands grandmother {she lived to be one month shy of 102}. I treasure that scrap of paper so much.

Blessings to you.
