Who doesn't love to LAUGH?

While reading my devotional Bible this week I came across these words of wisdom.

"The next time you lack perspective on the chaos of your days, consider the lighter side of life. Find something to LAUGH about!"
--Zondervan Bibles, Mom's Devotional Bible, NIV p. 22

I think the key word is find. Isn't it true? Often times in the midst of stress we must "find something to LAUGH about!" Like my husband says, "It's a choice." To often I choose frustration. I choose bitterness. I choose impatience. I choose to say the wrong or hurtful words. I choose to be annoyed. I choose to lose perspective. I want to choose to LAUGH more often during stressful times.

Psalm 126:2

Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, "The LORD has done great things for them."

Proverbs 31:25

She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.
